III Points Festival
III Points Festival, an annual music, art and technology festival held in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood, brings together top-notch musical artists. Established by four friends in 2013, its purpose is to provide a platform for established as well as emerging musicians while uniting South Florida’s community.
The festival showcases a range of genres and offers both local and international talent on several stages. Additionally, it boasts immersive art installations, food vendors, and cutting-edge stage designs for an truly exceptional experience.
It’s not uncommon for electronic dance music festivals to get out of hand when it comes to the experience, but III Points managed to keep things fun and exciting. They did this by making sure their guests could focus solely on enjoying the music without having to deal with crowds of people or waiting in long lines for restrooms or water.
Their lineup was also impressive, featuring headliners LCD Soundsystem and Rosalia alongside an array of other notable acts such as Fisher, Flume, Black Coffee, Joji, Madeon, Polo & Pan.
III Points completely surprised us with their Skate Park concept. Situated within Mana Wynwood building complex, it featured a tower DJ booth in the middle and an indoor roller-skating rink.
Additionally, the festival had water stations scattered around its venue and an easy-to-access medical clinic for attendees. This was the first time I’d seen such an activity hosted at a major festival, and it proved a big hit with attendees.
